Kurosaki Ichigo Statue - Bleach

Ichigo as Final Getsuga Tenshou with Mugetsu is my ultimate Bleach statue. I have been looking forward to him for quite some time, but unfortunately my statue arrived with a couple of faults that I will go into details regarding further down.
The box for Ichigo is designed after the prototype and didn’t weigh all too much:
As per usual, the statue came in several parts which was very straightforward in terms of what goes where and in what order:

Overall I am happy with the colouring of the statue, both Ichigo and the base:
One of the first things I noticed when taking Ichigo out of his packaging was a very visible scratch on his hair, sadly:
As well as a problem with the effects; both of them being way too loose in their grooves and the effect by his right arm/Mugetsu is in the way of Mugetsu which is resulting in it leaning onto it and bending it:
As my Ichigo is both scratched and faulty by design, I have contacted the Tsume CS and I am awaiting an official reply. However, considering I had a chip out of Killer Bee’s tentacle, which thankfully was replaced, I had a word with Cyril - the owner of Tsume and he told me that there are supposedly no spare parts for Ichigo (he will double check on Monday).
Now, not only is this very concerning since Ichigo is a brand new released statue and they supposedly do not have spare parts for manufacturing mistakes and potential breakages during shipping. But the molds can only be used X amount of times until they are stretched too much, which means that the mold(s) on my statue was used too much and the quality assurance did not check to see if everything was fitting properly together without interference from one another, as well as the very noticeable scratch.
I am worried about the decrease in QA, especially in consideration that their statues are becoming more expensive (which I can live with if they are up to the expected quality and without faults), but also larger edition sizes.

Aizen’s defeat in Bleach was a summary of many things the gotei 13 did in an effort to thwart his plan of killing the Soul King and ultimately becoming god and reshaping the world in his image. Rukia proceed to blink and missed it all, She was picked Www dom com by Ichigo, who then ran with her, arriving at his house in a matter of Seconds. Anyways as an Ichiruki fan Bleach ichiog a hard chapter to read.
Ichiruki had a lot of potential tnshou all the stars pointed to them being an endgame. We also had some filler episodes. I think one of my saddest moments between them was when Ichigo lost his powers after beating Aizen, and Rukia faded away. And that should go for the Bleach fans, and Ichiruki fans as well. We watched this whole series from beginning to end.
And that goes for Ichiruki as well. Henshou still hurts to see this happen to what was one of my original OTPs. It does. I already went through this with Naruto and the Narusaku fandom. Watching it happen in Bleach ichigo final getsuga tenshou was like putting a tape on rewind, and it still hurts. Like Narusaku for me, Ichiruki gave me hope that there IS someone out there just for me. And even if I lose her one day, I would cut through worlds to get her back, and Infinite jukebox would find me again.
To me, that was the magic that made Ichiruki. So people, Healthy donuts that magic going.
